365 Days
I documented life daily for one year. The monotony of loneliness, the beauty and decay of natural surroundings, the constant changing sky. Through my camera, moments and places took on a spiritual context. They become memorials to my past, shrines of my present, portals to an open awareness just beyond my reach.
No one piece stands alone. They are interdependent of one another. The regular practice of creation gives the work a narrative, a shifting story that changes each day. A winding path of thoughts and emotions that eventually, hopefully, will lead to a new understanding of connection and belonging.
